If you want to get more involved with your union then NEXT GEN is the committee for you. The committee empowers younger members to become Local 1998’s leaders of tomorrow. Our NEXT GEN program includes training opportunities, conferences, in-person and online networking, and mentoring. It is also an opportunity to bring attention to the issues that matter most to you. No matter what your age, all members interested in getting more active are welcome – we especially encourage the participation of more experienced members who would like to share their knowledge.
