Your collective agreement is negotiated every three years by bargaining committees elected by the members of each Unit. It outlines the terms and conditions of your employment: your rights at work, grievance and complaint procedures and your pay increases, among other things. Each Unit has its own collective agreement. Check yours out. If you have questions about anything you see here, you can check out the FAQs in Resources, or contact a union representative for assistance.
Find your unit below, and click the “Collective Agreement” button to find out what Local 1998 has negotiated for you. If you need help interpreting your collective agreement, contact us; the advice we provide is free and confidential.
